Rooted in slow craft,
grounded by community.
Amber & Oak was born from a desire to reclaim the slow, sensory beauty of the morning. In an era obsessed with friction-free speed, we choose copper kettles, hand-turned doughs, and long conversations over heavy ceramic mugs.
Every single bean we roast is sourced transparently from smallholder farming families across Huila, Yirgacheffe, and Oaxaca—paying well above Fair Trade minimums. Our sourdough flour is stone-milled from heritage winter wheat, fermented for three days, and pulled crackling from the deck oven as the neighborhood awakens.
